All Performance Martial Arts instructors are fully trained, have full insurance and hold current enhanced CRB checks.

No joining fee, special clothing or equipment is needed

Beginners and people or all ages & fitness levels are welcome

One 2 one or female only classes can be arranged (see personal training)

All our staff and instructors are friendly and approachable and cater to the needs of each individual student.

History of Performance Martial arts

From 1993 Head instructor Linda Hall was taught Opera House Kung Fu by The Late Grand Master Sifu Liang, director and leading performer in the Chinese Opera House.

In 2002 & 2003 Linda became a British champion in Chinese Martial arts, winning two gold and a bronze medal.

In 2005 Performance was created by Linda and business partner Tracy. Both Linda & Tracy have a very strong belief in the importance of gaining self confidence, control and self belief. They are as equal to learning new skills, training and perseverance. Encompassing both traditional and progressive approaches.

All our instructors continue to train, they improve and they learn constantly.
At Performance Martial Arts the importance of teaching in a positive safe & friendly environment is of maximum priority to us. Being inspiring and encouraging therefore bringing you a sense of lifelong personal development and learning. We believe we will give you the best results and enable you to discover your true potential.

Performance Martial Arts has maintained the heritage and Kung Fu spirit passed on by Sifu Liang, enabling us to developed a unique and flamboyant art form that through its intricate style (with your own perseverance and practise) will bring a sense of harmony to your internal and external energies and enhance your total well being.

Classes include Kung Fu , Freestyle , Tai Chi , personal training, self defence & fitness, Suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Linda also teaches sword and pole forms in specialist classes.

Performance Martial Arts are successfully teaching many classes including within primary schools in and around the Shepherds Bush, Chiswick & Fulham areas.
