Our specialised Fu dragons system is a fantastic way for children to learn Opera House Kung Fu, Freestyle and Tai Chi along with exercise to music.

Our classes have been designed and developed to introduce children to a fun but disciplined environment.

Teaching children the importance of learning new skills, defensive moves and techniques, improving fitness levels; they are taught respect for themselves and others through teamwork.

They are rewarded with positive feedback, certificates and awards for reaching personal goals and achievements.

We balance our classes with our unique style of teaching realising that all children are individuals and building their self belief and confidence is of equal importance to building strength, stamina and techniques, whilst having fun.
