Miss T McManus, Headteacher, Saint Mary's Catholic Primary School.- We are now in our 3rd year of providing Martial arts as an activity for pupils and staff to participate in. Pupils thoroughly enjoy taking part in the exercises and routines.Teachers see remarkable benefits to pupils with the pupils within the classroom. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the instructor's.
Tony (Chiswick, London) - As a parent I have seen my children thoroughly enjoy doing Tai chi in their school with the Performance Martial Arts team. Following on from this I have also enrolled them for other martial arts activities at St. Stephens Hall and I would definitely recommend them to any parent or school.
Luisa, aged 9 - I like doing Tai chi at school because I do it with my friends and it wakes me up in the morning.
Olivia, aged 7 - I like doing the Chinese New Year performance infront of my mum and dad.
Cathy Collis, school secretary - Fighting fit is fun, motivating and varied. I go into the class tired and come out feeling relaxed and full of energy.
Miss Thoreau, year 5 teacher - Tai chi is a fantastic way for the children to start the day. All the children thoroughly enjoy the session and are eager to take part.
Sean, aged 14 - Since going to the teenage fighting fit class with my friends my stamina and fitness have really improved. The part of the class I enjoy the most is learning new self defence moves.
